I am writing the true story of how I found and met my father for the first time on Crete in 2007. This solo journey abroad showed me the kindness of people, who helped me locate him — although when I finally found him, he was homeless and schizophrenic. Despite this, I discovered my identity, my beauty, my courage, and how to be in conversation with the Universe.

Through this journey, I awakened to reading signs and synchronicities in the fabric of reality. I had set off from America to test the premise 'You Create your own Reality' and when I returned from Greece, I was left to sort out all the nuances hidden within that premise. How could I have created such a trauma for myself? At the end of the tears, I realized I had just lived an extraordinary story which wants to be shared with the world.

After eighteen years of striving towards my goal of publishing my memoir, I am here on Crete and going for it more than ever. I plan to self-publish my book (and my tarot card deck) within the next two years.
